A tiring yet fun weekend...and it's book-in time again!

Well, the weekend is ending again, booking-in in another 2hrs time. Tis wkend real tired...no slp much sia...*yawnz*

Sat morning woke up early to went meet Yilong to watch movie, [Taxi], quite a nice show lah...but not as comedy as I thot it would be. After tat went to meet Duan, went library, she borrowed books, I went renew my book. Then we very bo liao, nowhere to go, so decided to go Expo, the PC fair. Bought a set of keyboard + optical mouse for onli $20. Cheap sia...juz nice my com's mouse spoil liao, and the keyboard sux. Then we went to tis Robinson's Christmas fair nxt door, walked ard playing the toys. Nowhere to go again, we went airport c aeroplane...juz stood there cing planes depart and arrive, toking rubbish...after tat went dinner at Punggol Nasi Lemak. My platoon mate, Wenyong came down to chat and sit ard. Dunno y he suddenly find me out sia...but found tat he's quite a nice guy...great company oso.

Then I haf to go my uncle's hse nearby for mahjong session, both of them nthing do, so went wif me, sit beside me like bodyguards watching me play. They left ard 1.30a.m, and I continued the game until 4.30a.m. Play until everyone blur...tired ar...but managed to win $32. Some xtra allowances...

Slept at 5.30a.m, woke up at 9.30a.m, went down Orchard meet Chicken Tribe ppl for KTV. Met Zynn on the way there, super long time no c her le...great to c tat she's still the same. She oso lost contact wif Steven, wonder where Steven went...

Yest got Jolin's concert tixs frm my uncle le...haven check c where we sit, but heard it's $98 seats, seldom got tis kind tixs, coz always is balcony seats, far away from the stage. Got some xtra tixs, but my dad gifing to his colleagues...so none for me. At first wanted to buy Jolin's tix oso...lucky no buy.

Another 5 more days to go! It's like a very special kind of feeling...like everything gonna end le, the onli thing I will miss bout BMT r my bunk and some other platoon mates...had fun wif them for the past 3mths...after Fri, hard to c each other le. And weird, today booking-in, but not very sianz, haha ~ Onli tml got training, SOC test, the thing I hated most, but tat 1 fail oso nvm 1...so dun care. After tat, will be Grad Parade Rehearsal all the way! Woo hoo ~

Counting down...6 more days to POP!

Been looking 4ward to tis wkend for so long, my last bkout b4 POP! Yest nite came back wif a big and heavy bag, started packing my cupboard in Tekong, getting ready to leave tat place. Everyone's now switched to POP mode...

Tis wk had been a bad 1 for the 1st half, and great for the 2nd half. Mon to Wed went range wif a whole lot of ppl whom I do not know, so bored, so lonely. 3 days passes so slowly. Managed to pass anyway...so happy when it ended, coz it's my last event b4 POP. Then we got CO Evening, where it's like watching a concert and playing ard. Fun sia...a nite to relax. Yesterday was Games Day. It seems to me like a frends' reunion too. Coz seldom got events where the whole of Tekong comes together, yesterday's event was the 1st. And went ard saying hi to frends...haha ~ Finally saw JQ once again.

Games Day united our Viper coy and brother coy, Whiskey together. Both of our coy dun like our neighbour coy, Scorpion, so yest we united against Whiskey. Shouting weird stuffs, throw water bombs, boo-ing them when their contestants came along...okok, it's all childish. But the main thing is tat we 2 coy became brothers. When Whiskey won, we cheer for them. When we won, they clap for us. Even when the whole thing ended and back to our own coy, we were still clapping and saying hi while marching, even till bookout...haha ~ till the last wk liao then gets to unite, like abit no use.

Anyway, it was overall a fun week, except for range. Nxt week onli 1 physical training, on Mon, then it will be Graduation Parade Rehearal all the way...looking forward to 3rd Dec, Friday!

Today planning go watch "Taxi" wif Yilong, super long no c him liao. Then meeting Duan and maybe Sihao after tat. Gonna enjoy the wkend!

C'mon! 2 more weeks to go!

Another week gone, and we are all counting down to our POP day! The day where we will all no longer be chao recruits! Lookin' 4ward to tat day...3rd Dec...12 more days to go...

But b4 tis, still haf to go for range. I missed live range coz of my ear infection, so nw haf to go shoot wif other coy. Dun really like shooting, or anyting to do wif rifle...but no choice, haf to shoot then can pass out. Last big event for me...live range on Mon - Wed. Sianz...coz it's like a 20hr/day kind of shooting, tink liao oso tired.

Tat day went for live grenade throw. It's so fun! Feel like throwing a 2nd grenade, haha. Did better than when I throw a dummy 1. It's a once in a lifetime thing, so guess I wun haf a chance to throw a grenade again...

Keep changing the dates for my ear appointment wif the specialist, coz of big events falling on all the dates available for me to go c him. Wonder when then can go, guess gonna gif up planning to c him. Now, my ear quite ok le, onli sumtimes still will block...guess nt much problems liao bah.

Today met Duan and Sihao for movie. The 3 of us went watch "Shark Tale", quite a nice show. Planning to watch "Incredibles" and "Taxi" soon. After tat, nowhere to go, so went sing KTV. Crappy and lame ktv session...anyway, had quite alot of fun today.

What do u call a lifeless life?

Life sux. I'm beginning to wonder what I plan to achieve in life. Hmmm...like now, dunno why I'm wasting my 2yrs of life in NS. Yeah, there will always be ppl ard whu are so enthu about army...but definitely not me. If I'm given tis 2 years freedom, I may be able to do many other stuffs, like studying or work my way up to be a millionaire! But...I have to say, I dun 100% hate serving the country. Coz I got to live a healthier lifestyle, getting fitter, or else I wun haf the determination even to get out of my bed. And learning stuffs which may help me in future. BUT, I'm still hating NS, no doubt bout it.

Yesterday morning was my "admin" time. Went to Ubi book driving test date, then went Changi Hospital change my appointment date, then went to photocopy my transcripts. It took me 3hrs to complete all these. Went meet Sherwin and Serra @ Orchard after tat, walking ard...

My maid went back Indonesia for holiday le...now my mum handling all the hsework. And she's so tired, whu ask her no train up abit b4 the maid leave, haha ~ I'm still waiting for her to finish up wif all the washing of my army stuffs...dun say I heartless, coz I've been helping her to mop the floor for 2 days liao even though I dun really know how to do all these properly.

Tml, Sunday, gonna be a boring day. My grandma's birthday...kena pulled by my mum to go wif her to where my grandma is staying in the late morning. Reason being my sis performing in some Chinese Orchestra concert tml, and my bro supposedly gonna stay hme study. So no representative of grandchildren...so sianz...hope got sumthing do there tml...like mahjong! Already expressed my interest since yesterday...hope my mum fix up some kakis up for me.

Chicken ppl gonna haf another outing on Monday! Dunno want go or not leh, go will be a bit rush coz evening booking in...then afternn need to pack the stuffs...c how bah...

A Nite I'll Always Remember...Viper Nite!

Yesterday nite was a great nite...finally a platoon outing. Booked-out at 7.30p.m, went home and went down Zouk to meet up wif other platoon mates. But the queue, super super duper long sia...so in the end divided up and took cabs down to MS, wanting to go dbl o, but very long queue oso...ended up sitting at cafe cartel eating. Decided to go Party World to sing ktv at 1a.m...wif a strength of 17 ppl. Asked Duan along for company...luckily she went, or else i tink i oso will abit sianz.

KTV was fun leh, entertainers all ard, doing all the stupid stuffs, wif lame jokes. But the best was when 2 drunk "ang moh" babes entered our room at 3a.m, singing together to the tune of an English song which was playing. It was my 1st time encountering tis kind of weird thing...they juz came in like tat, and stood at the door wif the "OMG, it's D song!" kind of expression, and then started singing wif those holding mics. They were super tall, guess at least 180cm...and they left saying bye and catching a plane to somewhere. End of a dramatic event...

Finished singing at 4a.m, and feeling hungry wif no food ard, we took cab down to Changi Airport to find food. Went eat BK, then walked to the other end of the airport to slack at Coffee Bean, toking crap until ard 7.30a.m. Decided to save some money, so took bus wif Duan.

Anyway, it's a real happy nite for me...no play whole nite like tat since I enlisted liao bah. When will be the nxt time I can play like tat...

*Yawnz* Old liao, juz a nite no slp nia, till nw still feel very tired...going slp liao...

End of a Super Long Break...

I've changed my blog layout since I suddenly have so much time and nthing to do...seems tat I'm more attracted to black. Shall try a different colour layout nxt time...

Thursday went to c the specialist at Changi Hospital, and it was hell an experience. He actually used a long rubber tube and insert thru my nose to c the inside...it's so uncomfortable and disgusting that I kept my eyes closed thruout...in the end, he concluded there's infection in my middle ear drum and he gave me lots of medicine. After 2 days of medication, I felt better, sharp pain gone, but my ear is still blocked and echoing...maybe I shld be more patient. Going to c him again in 2wks...

Juz came back from meeting frends I have not seen in a long time...Sherwin, WX, Raymond and KC...not 4getting Ah Duan, the onli gal in the grp today. Went Cafe Cartel and sat there for like 4hrs, toking non-stop on our army life...wif everyone botak...Duan was the onli 1 wif lots of hair, hahaha ~ It's a great day.

And after 1 whole week at home, I'm finally heading back to camp tonite...abit sianz, but ok lah, guess I've had enuff rest. But I haven even recovered 50%...sianz...juz hope things get better.

Back at home and becoming deaf...

So I'm back at home again wif MC, but tis time seems serious...actually I was home since Monday. Monday morning woke up in my bunk wif an earache on my left ear. I assumed it was body heatiness, and I kept gulping water...then started some training and exercies. The moment I started to stretch myself or wat, my left ear got painer and there's tis sharp pain everytime I do anything. Then things got worse, even when I'm juz purely standing or sitting, I still feel the sharp pain. In the end, I reported sick and went to c the MO.

The MO used something to poke into my ear, and looked into it. He then asked the nxt door MO to take a second look and concluded by saying it doesn't look very gd, they were guessing it's the problem wif my middle ear drum, and it may cause me to lose my hearing...but they didn't have the medicine and equipment there to do anything, so sent me to Changi General Hospital A&E...accompanying me were 1 of my SGT and 1 medic. The moment i reached SFT, there was already an army jeep ambulance waiting for me...haha ~

Then went CGH, waited for 1.5hrs, and I was really unwell thruout...the sharp pain was causing me to feel giddy...in the end the doctor oso couldn't find out wat happened, juz say it looks reddish...gave me painkillers, antibiotics, and appointment to c specialist on Thursday...so till then, I got MC...2 days had passed, and I'm still feeling the sharp pain occasionally, and ultimate thing is, I couldn't hear things clearly on my left ear le...it's like blocked and echoing...haha ~ dunno lah, c wat specialist say bah...juz hope everything is ok...

Bought Namie Amuro's concert VCD yesterday...she's not the kind I will go chase and listen to her songs, but she's juz so cool...so went to buy...and it's juz great ~ no regret buying it.

Yesterday nite oso went meet Duan for another sit-ard-everywhere-tok-cok session...went hougang. After tat went my uncle's hse nearby to find my parents whu were playing mahjong...juz stood there for 2hrs cing them play and getting lame...haha ~ then went ate Punggol Nasi Lemak for the 2nd time for the wk...end of a day...
