Been enjoying myself since a few weeks back. Shopping and shopping....yesterday went KTV with Lynn. Then today went for a walk and bought another T-shirt with Yilong. Then went bowling. But weird, thot today bowling alley sure damn crowded. But it turned out to be quite empty.
Juz had my reunion dinner, now waiting for mahjong session to commence!

1 more week to Chinese New Year!
Quite looking 4ward to CNY, coz can have fun...gambling, receiving hongbaos, wow ~ 1 more week to go!
Went to watch [Memoirs of a Geisha] yesterday wif Dixson and Wee Siang. It's really a nice production. Nice show. Not as boring as I thot it would be, and it turned out to be quite interesting right from the start to the end. Zhang Ziyi is really great in her role.
Tis is the girl who acted as Little Zhang Ziyi in the movie. She's real cute, esp her eyes...
Then today went to watch [I Not Stupid Too] with Yilong. Tis movie started it's sneak previews from today onwards. Official opening will be on 26th Jan. Not a bad show too...quite touching at the ending part.
Yesterday Battalion Anniversary at Chevron was quite boring. At least we had comfortable seats. All the games n stuffs played on stage not bad lah, juz tat the whole thing went on quite slowly. Like in slow motion...so made the whole thing damn boring.
How I wish tat time fly faster....

A New Layout...
Found tat ever since I started tis blog a few yrs back, my blogskins always evolve around black and white. So, for a change, here's a new BRIGHT one.
Today's my off-day, given by Dixson, for me to buy stuffs I still lack for ATEC. Will be flying off in the wee hours of 1st Feb. And need to reach airport on 31st Jan, 2359hrs. Me and him are part of the Advanced Party. Will be flying off with our Encik. Wonder if there will be any changes. But flying off earlier than the others by a day is rather good, coz not so messy, and can go settle down faster...
Our COY Admin Spec was caught posting a pic of him posing with camou and rifle on his blog. Of coz, he had to be punished as it's a kind of breach. But the thing is everyone is laughing at him coz he dun chiong sua, but want to show off his "garang" pic.
Friday is our Battalion Anniversary. So they decided to celebrate it at Chevron @ Jurong. Damn far...sommore still got wat 5 SIR Idol...so bo liao. Well, hope the food's good though.

The Most Problems Outfield Ever...
Ended the 4 days 3 nites Ex Stingray. Damn tired...no slp well every nite, and the 1st 2 days kept raining. Our uniform cant even dry. The sun came out on the 3rd day and it was damn bloody hot. I prefer the rain. Alot of problems and delays and changes thruout the whole outfield. Everyone was confused, and followed instructions like a dog. I wonder wat the objectives were. If war really comes, I tink we will lose for sure if it's still as messy. Blame the top.
The 1st thing I did after bookout was to come home n slp. And then have a nice meal at Pizzahut wif Lynn. Ate the Prosperity Set. It's so Chinese. But not bad lah...worth a try.

End of Break...I'm the Non-Qualifier
Sianz...6 days of break passed juz like tat. From tml onwards will be busy with outfields and more outfields. Then Thailand...nvm! 2nd of MARCH! Start of enjoyment in army...
But I did have a nice little break. Mahjong at Serra's hse was the best. Still the best "sport" ever...ended up with $4 of winnings. Not even enough to cover cabfare to her hse earlier in the day. Not to mention the trip home, with midnite charge. Lucky got SW share cab home.
Today went Bugis with Yilong for another shopping trip. For CNY. Ended up with everything I wanted. Woohoo ~
Tis break ended with a lot of mixed and confused feelings. Really...wat should I do leh?

The Day I Felt Like a Rich Man...
Supposed to go MOS on Wednesday. But Ah Phua...haizz. Very very last min! Well, she blamed the rain. Haha ~ I'm juz lucky I expected it and I haven changed yet. But nvm, sort of glad I didn't go too...coz I saved the money for yesterday's makan marathon...
I spent money yesterday like there's no tomolo. Alot on good food...been a long time since I enjoyed myself like tat.
Started wif watching [The Dark] wif Lynn. Tis movie sux. No climax, not scary...
After tat went to meet Dixson and Simon for some shopping. Went Country Manna for dinner, afterwhich I bought a pair of Levis Jeans. Simon bought a "gift" from Famous Amos for his gf. And while he's busy choosing the design of the tin-box...

By tat time, it's already 9.30p.m...and we decided to have some ice-cream before we head for home. Went Andersen's and ordered tis "Family Fonde". $30 wif 10 scoops, fruits, cones, cookies and a bowl of warm, creamy rich chocolate.
The nice chocolate...woo ~

End of POI...Long Long Break...
POI finally ended today. Whew...after 2 weeks of minimal slp, I'm back to normal life again. And I wanna resume my supply assistant status. It's not fun being the stand-in CQ. 1 mistake n u die. Nooo...I dun wan my plan for a peaceful 2 yrs in army to be destroyed. But I'm lucky tat everything went smoothly and everyone co-operated.
I will be flying off to Thailand for ATEC Ex Crescendo on 1st Feb. Me and Dixson r the onli 2 in the advance party for store, flying 1 day earlier than the battalion. The others will fly on the 2nd of Feb.
I will be having a long break. Starting from Thursday to next Tuesday. 6 days! I need tis break badly. Will be very free I guess...anyone oso very free?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
It's finally 2006! I'm going to ORD THIS YEAR!
Juz back from counting down wif a bunch of poly mates (Diana, Sherwin, Serra, Jeanie, Amy, Darren, Kaisoon, Wenxiang) at Fisherman's Village. Quite fun lah...played a game introduced by Serra called "The Witch". Complicated and need concentration. We had many forfeits. And I was the 1st to kena. Was supposed to go to a couple and introduce myself. Felt so dumb and paiseh. But there are others forfeits which are even worse. Like blowing out the candles on the tables and ask the waiter to relight it and standing up dancing. I tink the customers and the waiters were quite irritated by us.
The countdown was quite high oso. Seeing ppl playing wif sparkles and spraying "snow flakes" everywhere. Not bad, had a fun time.
But sianz, tml working again. Gonna slp and wake up early tml lo!
