Studies...

Guess what...I've just signed up for a Degree course at SIC!



Starting classes in September, and it's only a one-year course. Taking Bachelor in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. A course I've never studied before. But since I'm in the logistics line now, it might be of some use.

I'm not gonna be lonely too. JQ is studying with me. Hopefully I can handle it well, and won't flunk it. Ten over thousands of dollars...must work hard liao.

After 1 Week...

1 week @ J.Martens.

Still trying to get the hang of the job, learning something new everyday. Work's quite hectic. Even though I'm new, but I've been doing OT since Day 2. Tiring...but better than nothing to do.

At least the people seems nice, although still not much interaction with them. Environment is still as great as my 1st impression of that office.

So many things coming up next few weeks. Jiayi leaving S'pore for Australia for studies on Tuesday. Soccoro coming to S'pore for a 2 weeks holiday in early July.

So many things, so little time...

1st Day @ Work...

1st Day @ J. Martens last Friday.

Feeling sian coz have to get used to a new environment again. But I really enjoy the working environment there. It's what I call an office. Not like DHL, so messy, so noisy. The new place I'm in got a smell that keeps you motivated.

My cubicle faces the paveway, but out of bosses view. So quite ok. My whole team consists of 6 people including me. 4 girls, 2 guys. I like their efficiency. When I first sat down in my cubicle, I got nothing, not even a computer. But by lunchtime, I got a brand new computer, trays, empty folders n files, stationeries, notebook, magazines, notes on my table.

Back to work for a new week tomorrow. Yawn ~

Bye Bye DHL...

Yesterday was my last day at DHL. Feeling relieved and happy, yet abit can't bear to leave my lame colleagues. Hahahaha ~

Went for a sort-of farewell dinner yesterday with them.

Sunny Side Up...

After a day at Ubin on Tuesday, I headed for Sentosa on Thursday.

A day at the beach...


Clear blue sunny day, shiok ~

Had a chance to take the new monorail into Sentosa from Harbourfront. Nothing special, but the staffs are friendly enough.

Also played the "Luge". Taking a open-air cable car, with legs hanging in the air, up the hill to the other side, and then taking the Go-kart kind of thing down back. Rather fun...

Truly enjoyed my week. Shiok. Fun. Relaxing. Wonder when will I have this chance again. Maybe when I quit my next job. Hahahaha ~

Relaxing Day...

This 2 weeks, either MC or on leave. Damn song ~ like having a great holiday. Went Pulau Ubin yesterday...it's been a long long time since I've been there...and long long time since I did an exercise.

I'm starting to love outdoor stuffs, everyday work inside office, come home slack in room. It's great to have abit of sun once in awhile.
