The below narrates the conversation of 2 ah-lians on the train today.
Ah Lian 1:
I tell you ar, that time got 1 ah beng say like me, want me be his gf, but I dun like him at all. Then he ask me why I can accept other guys, I cannot accept him. Then ar, I tell him, this kind of thing must have feeling 1 mah, how can dun like him then anyhow accept.
Ah Lian 2:
Wah...then?
Ah Lian 1:
I also tell him lo, what kind of ah beng is he? Nothing also anyhow scold vulgars, then act until like sud sud like that, pls lah, this kind of ah bengs is dunno how many generations ago 1 lor. And I said it in front of his friends.
Ah Lian 2:
You damn brave leh...he never hit you meh, like that say him.
Ah Lian 1:
He actually want slap me 1, but then I tell him, slap me now shows how much he really likes me lo. Where got people like others then anyhow slap people 1. You know how he take revenge? He go spread news around the news say I want to hit him, not he want to hit me leh!
Then ar, got this gal who likes him come confront me, say want get people beat me, then I tell her, she want get she go get, I also can get people. I say I get police!
Ah Lian 2:
Very happening leh...then she say what?

Then she lan lan, say we shall wait and see.
I did not manage to finish listening to their conversation coz I've to alight liao. And as they were sitting beside me, I couldn't see who this "heroine" is. When I was about to alight, I took a quick glance at this brave ah lian, and I nearly wanna puke. Wahahahaha ~

Bad Day to Start...
Today's my 1st day back at work after a great break. And it's a damn bad 1 to start with.
Was happily heading for the train station when I saw the gates closed from far. Police are everywhere to guide people around. Well, there are some problems and the trains are not running between Tanah Merah and Pasir Ris. Just for the sake for people who dunno where I live, I live in Tampines. That's in the middle of this bloody delayed stations. And there are aunties shouting at the policemen. I think they just want to vent their frustration. Hahaha ~
There are shuttle buses to Tanah Merah where the trains will start running. But the thing is the queue is super duper long. Tried to get a cab, but every single cab is either taken or "On Call".
Bo bian...walk to some ulu area outside the interchange, caught a cab and went to work. Then the traffic jam starts. I was only at Simei area (that's just next to Tampines), when my cab fare went up to S$15.00. My heart is jumping with the meter. And I'm on the cab for half an hour for a car ride which takes only 5-10mins. Decided this is not gonna work, and asked the driver to turn into Tanah Merah (where the train service starts). The meter stops at S$18.00. Bloody hell...S$18.00 for a car ride which should have taken about 10mins (which in the end shot past 30mins).
By the time I reach Tanah Merah, it's already 9.15a.m. And I'm super late for work. And guess what, the train station is packed. Expected that though. By the time I reached office, it's near to 10a.m.
Whew...what an adventure...and pls, I dun wanna experience it again. Fares are rising, but service provided are dropping. WTF!

A Peaceful 5 days of Break...
In just a blink, my super long break is gonna be over! It's back-to-work tomorrow!
Wednesday
Mugging at home...not really mugging actually, coz I never study much, was nua-ing here and there for the whole day.
Thursday
Mugging at home for the 1st half of the day, not really mugging actually again...exams in the evening, and a movie [Cloverfield] as a treat and celebration of the end of exams and my 1st term in "Uni". By the way, [Cloverfield] is a darn nice movie.
Friday
Spent the whole day in Sentosa. Enjoying the sun, sand, and sea at the beach, and not forgetting, the peacefulness, as people are either at work or school. Went for the "CineBlast" ride in Sentosa, S$16.00 per tix, and it sux. Walking around Sentosa, taking pictures, relaxing...it's heaven ~
Saturday
Woke up with sunburn, and a reddish face and shoulder. Went back to work for 2 hours, as I dun wanna to wait till Monday, and make myself die. Got near to 500 unread emails, and a pile of work on my table with post-it notes everywhere. Went KTV after that, followed by shopping in Takashimaya, bought a pair of jeans with the S$50.00 voucher I got it from my company's DND.
Sunday
Woke up with yet-to-recover-sunburn, and peeling on face. Went to catch movie [27 Dresses], relax, sitting around, bought a pair of shoes for work at BHG. Back home now, counting down to bedtime.
It's a fulfilling break, and I enjoyed it totally. Somehow, I'm ready to get back to work. Getting so sian of nothing to do.

I'm officially on leave and will only be back to work next Monday. Shiok ar!
Having my exams tomorrow.
Funny feeling, very long never exams liao, now asking me to go into examination room again, I dunno, just weird. Hahaha ~
Btw, my mum found another $11.00 in her treasure hunt game a few days back again. This time right inside of a drawer our maid used before she left.
Yawn...dun feel like studying also...feel more of sleepy.

Gone ~
My maid of less than a year was sent back to Indonesia yesterday. This is the 2nd maid in a row to be sent back. The previous 1, to recap, was caught having an affair with a Bangladeshi worker by the forever-so-powerful-and-everything-also-know aunties holdings pte ltd.
This maid now was lazy, and on top of that, had a damn bad temper. I dun believe it until I saw it a few days before she was sent back. She actually raised her voice at my mum (my mum had a super hot temper too), and throwing things around when she's not happy.
Well, when she was packing her stuffs to be sent home, my mum found near to S$200.00 in her drawer. It's not hers...and yeah, she steals, supposedly from my dad. Today, my mum was doing household chores once again, and she found another S$20 inside the baking oven. We dun use the baking oven at all, so it's a good hiding place. Hahaha ~
Now my mum is excited at this new game called "treasure-hunt-in-your-own-house", which promises the participant to get rich instantly. Hahahaha ~
