Laptop...

I bought a new laptop yesterday at Sitex.



Fujitsu - L1010

The reason why I bought a laptop is because the PC at home has broken down for dunno how many times in the past few months. And plus I'm leaving my company, and I have to return the office laptop to them.

My sis bought 1 too, same as mine, even the colour. We are now competing to see whose will break down 1st. Haha.

Judging from the way the PC broke down while under her usage, I believe I will win.

Slacker Slacking

Results for last and final semester out as well...passed, double shiok!

Quit!

I tendered by resignation last Tuesday.

And I signed my appointment letter with my new company today.

Mixed feelings...can't wait to the leave my current company, but can't bear to leave my team...scared for the new change of environment, different job scope altogether, starting over, but excited about the new challenges in my new company.

Anyway, I got lots of leave to clear, and during my 1 month notice period, I'm working only 4 days. Shiok sia...

Time to slack again! Woohoo!

The Chicken Tribe

Chicken Tribe reunites last Sunday!

Had the honour to visit Char's new house, and of coz, we woke up super early for this big event....



The chickens haven't met up for a very very loooooonnnnngggg time. The last time I saw a few members was at Char's wedding a couple of months ago.

I've always took the chance to eat BK breakfast if I could, because they don't have many branches around like Mac...and I love their breakfast as well. So the other members have to put up with me buying BK.


All food are from BK except the white and soft hashbrown, made by Char. I'm sorry we didn't ate it. Hahaha ~

Got my belated birthday present from them...and enjoyed totally. Talking shit, playing games and making fun of Bun. Hahaha ~

Beyond...

Just back from [Beyond - Next Stage Live] concert.

Didn't plan to go in the 1st place, gave out all the 6 tixs to JQ and SD...then came another 8 tixs, which I gave to Jun and Toni. Then came 2 VIP tixs...so decided I'm fated to go. Hahaha ~


Seated at the 10th row, and directly facing the center of the stage...my 1st time sitting so near to the stage, of coz must go and experience!

Ok, I'm not a Beyond fan, and the only time I listen to Beyond was because of SD, who started me listening to Beyond and Twins. Then came the army time, where Dixson was playing Beyond everyday while we are at Thailand for training for a month.

This was my 2nd time at a Beyond concert as well. The 1st was a couple of years back when I think they are doing a farewell tour or something.

Anyway, the crowd was great, the music was great as well. Although I dun understand what they are talking about or even what they are singing about, the music's just great.

Didn't regret going, but my eardrums gonna burst anytime...it's still doing the "eeee ~ eee ~" sound.

I'm going deaf.

Interview

Yesterday 1 of the job agency called and said she arranged an interview for me with 1 of the company.

I informed my boss duly that I'm taking leave today, and his first reaction was "Interview?". Well, I'm very open to him and my team...I told him yes, and he asked me about the position and company name.

He started to teach me some interview skills, background of this company (he knows roughly on this company), and even wish me all the best. I told him I can't find a 2nd boss like that liao. Ok, maybe coz he knows our present company sucks and he himself is leaving.

At night, my colleague msn me:
