A new start...
After 8 months at work, I haven't complain of my boss yet. Ok, he's abit irritating, coz he talk alot & 90% of it is rubbish. And he's lazy. And he used us as a shield when his boss ask why he did not provide more initiatives for 1st half of 2009. He said he's busy coaching us. Haha ~ I doubt he even know 50% of what I'm really doing. And he's timid. And inflexible.
Today, I joined a new team. I now report directly to his boss. And I'm the lowest rank in my new boss direct reports. Hahaha. Till today, I have totally no idea what my new job scope is, but I was told it's a more global role (that's all I was told). Hahaha. But I'll still be doing 70% of what I've done previously, and adding on new responsibilities.
I dunno if this change is for the better. I certainly hope so.
