1. I came back from KL last weekend. Quite sucks. I don't think I'll ever go there again. Nothing much to walk around...

2. Work. As usual, work n work n work n work. Never ending.

3. Chickens! Met up with the chickens on Monday for a dinner. Been awhile since I saw everyone. But Bun is still Bun (with the violence character), Char is still Char (with the tai tai ah lian look), Jiayi is still Jiayi (quiet quiet but funny somehow). It's always fun to hang around with them. Always laughing...

*Ding ding ding* Round 3

When everyone thought the worst is over, the 3rd round of retrenchment came.

A total of 170 victims in our Singapore office were laid off, including 9 in my department. And 1 of them was my ex-boss, who sat right beside me. The 1st 2 rounds of retrenchments were sad for me, but ok, as I didn't know anyone who got retrenched. This time round, my ex-boss, who brought me into the co., n sat beside me, was asked to go.

As usual, right after the exercise in the morning, there were "motivational" talks from the management. How good the co. is doing, how we should not worry about our future blah blah blah. This time round, I felt sick of the words that were repeated. It's like the boy who cried wolf.

It's just sad to see people leave...without a good reason.

Hooked on Passport-Stamping

Back from Genting on Monday night.

And I miss Genting already. 3 days 2 nights definitely is not enough!

I'm going to KL next. Only for 2 days 1 night, to shop till we drop!
